An update to your comments regarding Remote.com, you can look at the job listings for free, but must purchase either the Pro ($19.95) plan or the Expert (49.95) monthly plan in order to actually apply for them. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, job seekers are charged a 15% of the billed amount for jobs under $500, with the percentage going down based on the amount billed.
